A most weird concept. Fab Faces (or Fab Expressions in other parts of the world) had very soft rubber faces as there was an internal function connected to buttons on the dolls' backs that made them grimace and show a variety of weird facial expressions. A lot of the dolls are malfunctioning and the faces are frozen into a weird grin. THere were four girels with this head/function, Kennedy, Chelsea, Nolee and Madison.
