The Heart Family was not part of the Barbie world but the dolls still are
connected through sculpts and body use. The Heart Family had grandparents,
which we have never seen in Barbie's family. The grannies showed in time for
the Happy Family twins' birthday and came carrying gifts. Grandma Heart had
her own face, I think only ever seen on her, with molded age lines on the
forehead and deep dimples. She has rooted hair in a light brown shade with
greyish blonde streaks and bright blue eyes. Her smile is closed and sweet.
