Stacie is Barbie's second sister. Or third. Tutti was the twin sister to Todd in the 70's, but she disappeared and Stacie was the new Todd twin/Barbie kid sister. Stacie was also seen as a black girl during the 90's. Todd went awol and Stacie grew up slightly to the girl we see today with a face change.
