Ballet Recital Barbie & Kelly Gift Set ©1997

Ballet is one of America's pastimes, either to watch or to take part of and it is usually every little girl's dream to become a swan princess on stage. Barbie and her littlest sister Kelly is wearing matching ballerina tutus in pink jersey and silver "embroidered" (well, printed) tulle. Barbie have molded ballerina slippers for feet and Kelly/Shelly have a pair of sewn slippers. Barbie has the Mackie sculpt in the CC version and Nichelle in the AA. Kelly is the same in both, with the smiley, open mouth face with the hair pulled up into a high pouf ponytail.
